  2. For a return to be accepted, the item must remain unopened and in its original shipped condition. It's crucial to verify the correctness of your goods before opening, as opened products are not eligible for a refund.

  3. Certain goods, such as perishables eg frozen food, are exempt from return and refund.

According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you decide to return a purchase within 14 working days after delivery due to a change of mind, you're entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price and the initial postage and packaging charges. However, you won't be refunded for the return shipping cost.
