  2. Upon purchasing from our ecommerce store, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

  3. These terms also incorporate the conditions specified in our privacy policy and refund policy.

ONLINE SHOPPING

  1. We diligently ensure the accuracy of details for items offered for sale but cannot guarantee their correctness when entered into the system.

  2. While we strive for accurate displays, variations may occur on your computer monitor. Images may not precisely represent the goods or services you are purchasing.

  3. Reasons for not accepting an order may include items being out of stock, payment authorisation issues, pricing errors, system failures, or failed customer validation checks.

  4. An email confirming your order details does not confirm acceptance; acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

  5. We accept your order only upon dispatch of your goods.

DELIVERY

  1. Options for delivery will be presented upon purchase. Estimated delivery times are approximate, and circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

  2. "Next day delivery" orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays may be dispatched on the following Monday, arriving on Tuesday.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. Contact us immediately to cancel an order. If dispatched, you are responsible for return costs.

  2. For undispached items, our refund policy applies upon cancellation.

  3. Personalised, perishable, or time-critical items may not be cancelable for a full refund.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

  2. If any term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

  3. Delay or failure beyond our reasonable control exempts us from responsibility.
